Project Details

Completed in 2005, this multi-use industrial building was originally designed as a precast building, but due to a delay in the delivery of the precast, tilt-up was quickly chosen as a better option for this project.

All 62 of the insulated concrete panels were finished during the winter months, so an elaborate system of heaters was used to ensure that the concrete cured properly.
