Rose de Vents was designed using tilt up construction knowing that there would be an aggressive construction schedule. Construction of school began in June, the addition was ready for the new school year in just over 2 months! The tilt-up panels for the 14 classroom addition were designed as load-bearing insulated tilt-up panels. The exterior finish of the panels was multi colored stucco that was applied directly to the concrete tilt-up panels.
