41 Simpson Road – Bolton, Ontario – 2005
Originally designed as a precast clad building, but due to a delay in the delivery of the precast, non-load bearing tilt-up was utilized for this project.

30 Holland Street – Bolton, Ontario – 2007
The building was left vacant for the winter, and the thermal mass properties of the insulated panels kept the building above freezing without additional heat.

9 Browning Court – Bolton, Ontario – 2005
The owner required an insulated hard wall system. Rather than going with the traditional masonry route, insulated tilt-up walls were used.

38 Nixon Road – Bolton, Ontario – 2005
This was 1 of the 2 first buildings constructed for this developer/ owner. Panels on this building were erected after the structural steel was erected.

Royal Canin – Guelph, Ontario – 2007-2009
Due to the high-quality standards that were expected for the interior finish of this project, tilt-up with its polished interior finish was the product of choice.
